Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the goods.
